Amazing place! They were able to install a backup camera for me on my 2015 Ford Explorer. I sat on their waiting area and it took way less time than I had originally expected. The team is very efficient and left me satisfied with my new camera.
Great service! Went in without an appointment and Chino gracefully accommodated me. In and out with excellent service and great product installation. He was nice to also look at ladies!
Absolutely great experience. I went there for after market upgrades. They did a great job with the installation and made great suggestions in order to get the right parts to fit my vehicle. They installed ceramic tints, grill replacement, added fog lights and cover, and upgraded my weak oem horn.
A nightmare come to life. I brought my car here in to get an audio system installed — what I got instead was five hours of wasted time, a wrecked interior, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
First off, they made me wait around for 2–3 hours after confirming they could do the job — only to then admit they had no clue what they were doing. They completely botched the install and achieved nothing that day. Worse, they treated my car like a playground. They scuffed up the dash, destroyed the gear lever, and left my interior looking like a wild animal tore through it. My car interior looked like brand new when I brought it in — now it’s been devalued thanks to their gross incompetence.
And it gets worse. On my second visit (because yes, I gave them a second chance), I was made to wait again for over 2 hours. Despite promising to replace the damaged gear lever with a brand new one, they showed up with a used part — a complete bait-and-switch move after agreeing on $150 for a new one. As for the dash damage they caused? They said they'd "buff it out" — surprise: they never did, and just kept feeding me empty promises.
Dealing with Chino, the so-called "manager", was infuriating. He's clueless, unresponsive, and flat-out dishonest. Talking to him is like yelling into a void. Zero accountability, zero solutions — just endless deflection and delays.
I came in for an audio upgrade and left feeling harassed, humiliated, and violated, with a car that's now worse off than when I arrived. This wasn’t just bad service — it was straight-up abuse of trust and property.
