Joe came by to change batteries and fix one of the window alarms. He was great - methodical and very patient. Checked every alarm to make sure everything was working properly. And explained options available for upgrades. Everyone I’ve worked with at APB Security Systems have been really wonderful to work with!! I highly recommend this company and team!!

Do not hesitate to use this company. They are the best. Great customer service. APB security Systems kicked it up a few notches this week. One of our sensors broke and that model was not made any longer. They asked all of their technicians if they happened to have one. I received a call back stating that they did and that they would be dropping it off to me because one of their technicians would be in my area. No charge. Great company, great people!
From the very moment I decided to put in an alarm with APB I felt safe. The owner of the company Steve Coppola came over to review my security challenges where I didn’t think I needed anything he insisted on putting a sensor and am I glad he did. Times in the last six years have become more challenging and more dangerous. As a single person entering my home, I feel safe I have my panic button on my keychain and to this day I know if I had a problem central Station would call The police. Wednesday morning I went out to change my car, the lovely New York City and alternate side parking as you know. Well, walking up my stairs, I inadvertently Press the panic button. I ran up the stairs and immediately disarmed it. I thought that would be it, but then I was called immediately to see if everything was all right and it was but I did not have my security code to memory. Central called and told me that the police would have to come and assured me that they would help me change my security code without any further inconvenience! I recommend it to anybody single, married with children without children APB is the alarm company, and the ONLY Alarm company I would recommend!!! I can sleep at peace every night knowing APB has I back!!
