The tech that was sent to inspect my son's home and give us a estimate for water heater replacement was great. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen did a thorough inspection to help us with a solution to our unique situation. He did everything and some. if I were paying for the repairs vs my son I wouldn't be trying to save $$$ and I'd gladly pay a lil more to have Grant do the repairs. We decided to go a different route due to being in the middle of a insurance claim that Should end with my boy getting a whole new structure and this one gone. However if and wen the replacement happens and should we need any septic, plumbing type install I will definitely without a doubt call Atchley.

Atchley is an amazing company! They have been out quickly every time we have needed heat/air service and plumbing. Today we had them come to fix a sink that 2 other companies have been out to fix The previous folks just poured chemicals down and didn’t listen to me that something else was wrong Well the picture I included is what the problem was the whole time. When they remodeled our house before we moved in the Contractor drilled the countertops out for the new faucet in the bathroom. Apparently this plug of granite has been down in the pipe this whole time! Anyway we are very satisfied Atchley technicians Marcus and his assistant really took the time and listened to what we had to say. I very much appreciate that AND they ran a camera for free in the main line. Their pricing was very reasonable
