My 20+ year old Thermador oven had an electronic lock for the cleaning mechanism and it locked by itself. I hadn't turned on the clean cycle. I called AT Appliance and they actually came out that very same day about three hours later. Tim spent literally one hour taking apart the oven to get the door open. He made it so it will not lock which is what I wanted. He then put it back together and showed me that everything worked. He insisted that all he would charge me for was the service call. I will keep their number for any future needs. What a great company. That is so rare these days not trying to upsell me or overcharge me just because they know more than me. I would recommend them to anyone for appliance repair

Reached out to AT appliance after reading some encouraging reviews. I had a Samsung washer that had been having some unbalanced issues for quite a while that was getting more and more infuriating to deal with. Almost no loads would be able to spin properly as it would always be unbalanced. I called and was able to get Mark out for an early morning Saturday inspection. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate to repair and order the parts. Within a couple days they scheduled to return and complete the repair. Would definitely use them again! They were early for both appointments, friendly, efficient and quality work. Our washer is back to working like new! Thank you!
