While we expected to pay a deposit for our garage door, AGD fronted the expense of materials at no cost. We were very happy with the work, the crew, and the office staff. Apparently, trust and great customer service is still alive and well in the trades.

I own a rental property in Ashland which is about 40 minutes away from where I live. I’ve called several times to have the garage door fixed over several weeks. I’m working on the property and have given them notice of whole days I’ll be there. They never show up or call on those days. I’ve asked to schedule a time, but this doesn’t seem to be an option. I got a call saying they could come fix it one day, but I was at home. I offered to drop everything I was doing to be there in 40 minutes. This wasn’t good enough and they went to the next job. Unacceptable service
