Philip and team were quick with a quote got us in quickly.. Gave us a reasonable price. Had a mechanic out but still rushed our car through as fast as possible. I’ll be taking my other car to them after. They also do great brake work!

I would have given this place a 10 or more if I could❤ At 5pm on my way home from work on a Friday, my car started running really rough and the check engine light was coming on and off at first then stayed on blinking which is never good and this was during the time when our weather here in NWA was around 10 degrees and below. I had Oreillys run the code and thankfully they had a QR code of local repair shops and ASAP was the first one. They were open on Saturday so I took my car in and they graciously fixed it. ASAP Automotive is hands down the best auto repair shop in NWA and possibly the whole country! I was in town for work and needed a whole brake pads and rotors makeover on my newly purchased Toyota FJ. Phillip and his team were top tier professionals from the very start. Fully transparent and honest, constant quick communication about my vehicle, broke down what each part that needs fixing does, took me into the mechanics bay to show me the undercarriage of my vehicle and worked with me best that they could on a price that fit my budget! I wanted to wait a few months to see how my car held up following some repairs. They did an excellent job. They solved an issue that other shops had trouble diagnosing. I’d spent over $1k at other shops already, and was quoted much higher costs to repair, compared to ASAP. ASAP was also able to do the work in a couple days, while other shops were quoting at least a week. I asked a lot of questions in the process, since I’d already taken it to multiple shops, and they were very transparent. My rotors are due for repair, and I’ll definitely be going to ASAP for that.

Prices no higher than my local Cadillac dealer but these guys actually figured out the issue unlike the dealer. Also had great ideas for future upgrades. Communication was great too!!!
