I have had the worst experience with this company for over the last two years, first I had a dryer that broke. I took it in to get repaired, when I called them to go pick it up, they had sold my dryer. They would not give me my money I was told I would get it in-store credit I accepted that. I now need a refrigerator went back. Bought a refrigerator paid $250 for them to come install it and my whole front door is ripped up now the owner will not call me back. He told me to text him the pictures directly. I called today. Texted him no response. You would think, that a customer had a bad experience came back to your store You would treat them with an utmost respect coming back. Brad make this right and get me a new door.
