My wife and I purchased a 25-year-old home in late October 2023. We liked the home's interior, but the landscaping was disappointing. With it being late in the year we concentrated on updating the inside of our home first while we searched and coordinated with various landscaping contractors for designs alternatives. Our home backs up to a creek spillway area, an area that comes with the home, we pay taxes on it but cannot build anything in that area due to flood control measures. Nevertheless, years of insufficient maintenance have resulted in several challenges for this area, particularly the remediation of ongoing erosion issues that are progressively affecting sections of the backyard. After receiving permits from the State and local authorities, we were set to begin landscaping. We initially contracted with a different landscape company, but after six months with little to no efforts realized we found ourselves frustrated and decided to look for a different company, one that offered total design, hardscape, and landscape capabilities. Through our research we located Artistic Stone Masters as a potential option and after sitting down with Carlos and Daniel to discuss “Our Vision” in detail and answer all our questions and concerns, Carlos and Daniel came back to us quickly with their full design, estimate, and completion timeline. After our experience with the previous landscape company, we were incredibly pleased with the results they were offering, and we instantly signed the contract. Artistic Stone Masters started the very next day! Throughout the entire project if my wife and I had any questions, Carlos would stop and listen, provide his suggestions or concerns to the changes we were thinking, and once we decided on the path going forward Carlos would always say “No problem, we will take care of it.” Carlos and his team consistently ensured that all tasks met our expectations and that the job site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Artistic Stone Masters is a dedicated company; led by owner Carlos, who is on-site daily to train and guide his team. Together they work to ensure a positive homeowner experience, meeting all expectations along the way and delivering on the original "Customer Vision". Best of all, the job is not complete until the cleanup is finished. Carlos and his team thoroughly power washed the entire driveway and sidewalks, effectively removing all dirt and grime on the last day of the project. Even my neighbors were impressed! Upon reflection, we consider it a privilege to have established contact with Artistic Stone Masters. The team demonstrated professionalism, exceptional craftsmanship, diligence, and consistently upholds the quality of their work. Overall, my wife and I unequivocally recommend Artistic Stone Masters for all your landscaping requirements. Scoring them a “5” seems extremely low for all the excellent work they did at our home. I would recommend Artistic Stone Masters over and over again. Carlos and his crew did a full backyard installation which included 27 trees and more than 50 plants. They built two retaining walls, multiple flower beds, and installed a paved walkway. They did this in 4 days! The quality and care with the installation was also exceptional. Time and time again whenever we had a request Carlos would always say “no problem we will take care of it.” He made sure everything was done to our liking and you will be impressed with how hard he and his crew work. The icing on the cake is that they make sure to keep the workspaces clean and when the job is done, our driveway and the street were cleaner than when they arrived (they pressure washed all the dirt off our driveway down to the drain at the end of the street). Carlos and his team are very impressive craftsmen and worked diligently to deliver an exceptional installation. We look forward to having them back for another project!

They recently built a large, beautiful, paver patio and a front walkway approach for me. Their work, artistry, and perfection for doing an amazing job are top notch! As a very discerning and particular (and sometimes demanding) customer, Carlos and his crew worked with me every step of the way and I received total respect, patience and their willingness to do everything I asked of them. An incredibly hard-working company with the owner, Carlos, who works alongside his crew of men and provides a pleasant experience throughout the messy build process to the extremely-beautiful, final product.
