Great service. Becky manages the whole process over phone, text, and email for receipts and photos. Levi was great. He is exactly the type of serviceman to make a home call. Genuine, thorough, responsible demeanor. This is an honest company with straight up service and results.
I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the service Danny did today. He was great! Very thorough and professional, on time, left a clean work site. I've had vent companies in the past that were messy or didn't do the job right. I'm so glad we found this company! There was no bait and switch with the pricing, they were upfront and honest. Becky in the office is very nice too. Great communication. 10 stars!
I had a problem with my dryer being completely clogged, so we called Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts on Saturday, and they were able to schedule us for Monday morning. Jaz was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic! He arrived right on time, got straight to work, and within about 30 minutes he had everything cleaned and working perfectly. Jaz was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me — including how to prevent the issue in the future and when to schedule the next cleaning. He even cleaned up after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Jazz and Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts
