The most failed horrible service. They charge you cancellations fee $150.00. They collect money when you cancel. They are not confident they can provide a service. You took $150.00 for nothing. Owner..check your file it is Hayat Hassen

We have been extremely pleased with all services that Arete Pest Control has performed for us over several years. All of the technicians have been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially Noe who has serviced our home several times. Noe is always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful truly cares about solving any issues that we are dealing with. I cannot recommend Arete pest control enough! For a little background, I am not from the south and am brand new to the area from Washington state. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to bugs of any kind, I’m absolutely terrified of them. I am also a full time hospital nurse and just finished a stretch of long shifts last night. This morning, I saw a giant black bug of some sort and I was so traumatized that I left my apartment crying and was frantically googling pest control companies in my car. I was referred to Arete by another company that doesn’t service apartments. The guy on the phone was so helpful and thorough in asking questions about my... I cannot recommend Arete pest control enough! For a little background, I am not from the south and am brand new to the area from Washington state. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to bugs of any kind, I’m absolutely terrified of them. I am also a full time hospital nurse and just finished a stretch of long shifts last night. This morning, I saw a giant black bug of some sort and I was so traumatized that I left my apartment crying and was frantically googling pest control companies in my car. I was referred to Arete by another company that doesn’t service apartments. The guy on the phone was so helpful and thorough in asking questions about my issue and getting my account set up. I told him that I was terrified of bugs and desperately needed someone to come today if at all possible. He said he would reach out to a technician to see if he’d be willing to come by as his last stop of the day. Thank the Lord, that tech said yes! And out of the kindness of his heart, George came by around 3:30pm as his last stop of the day even though he was tired and overheated. I told him as silly as it sounds, that I was afraid to even come inside with him (I did errands out of the house until that point) because I was afraid I’d see the bug. He was so kind and gentle and reassuring, telling me that it was safe and okay to come in and that if I saw anything he would quickly kill it for me. He never made me feel silly or childish for having a severe insect fear. He thoroughly explained why it wasn’t a roach issue and what would be a sign it was and after he thoroughly sprayed my apartment for me he told me that what he sprayed would kill the beetle if it was still around. He also assured me that he or another technician would come back free of charge if any issue arose between now and my next service appointment. Truly I cannot tell you how kind and thorough and calming he was. As a young woman it’s vulnerable letting a strange man into your home to perform a service especially when you’re already scared of the bug situation. but truly George couldn’t have made it more comfortable and safe feeling. Again, he never made me feel silly for having my fears and truly did such a thorough, professional job. I cannot recommend Arete enough after this experience and am so thankful to have been referred to them! Also pricing wise, they are very reasonable too.

Jose was great! This company has been so good to us since we started services. My questions and concerns are ALWAYS resolved. If I ever need anything in between scheduled treatments they come out quickly and get it taken care of! Highly recommend! Thanks again Jose!
