Harry was the best!! We were facing a total system change and Harry quickly gained our confidence by being honest and transparent about our options. Couldn't ask for a better technician. Ultimately we decided on the replacement and worked out pricing with Daniel, who was equally reassuring. He was honest about our costing and left us feeling we received the best price possible. A few days later and still had some issues Team continued to communicate regurally and sent out Brian, the supervisor. He was quick to diagnose the issue and although not fully resolved , due to parts, he came ip.with a great temp solution. Although I wish there were no issues, I understand and appreciate the communication and willingness to make it right. 5 stars for the team!

Salesman Troy is a very knowledgeable guy. Overall, I am disappointed with install and quality of Trane product. Both outside units were scratched up in many ways (not sure when/how). Techs did a nice job but should’ve taken more precaution inside home with more floor covering and protective footwear as we had some minor floor damage on unprotected floors. Outside units seem to be overly noisy (worse than 10 year old original units) and concerns brought to attention of installer and waiting on response. Paid in full and still haven’t received a paid receipt or extended warranty info that I paid for. Overall, disappointed with what I have paid for at the moment as I was expecting a better experience. Update: Casey, Service Manager, stepped up in a big way to make things right. I trust him to complete some open items. Overall the units are performing well. Adjusting this s review to 4 star.

Emmett was incredible.Extremely skilled, Kind and hardworking. He and no other took our input and did a thorough maintenance service and was thoughtful to regularly share what he discovered. Show not tell. We discovered mold beginning to form in our HVAC system. 4 hours later its all cleaned up like new with a triple filtration system to keep the most important system in our home healthy so we can keep being health. A tremendous job without a single sigh, just professional and friendly despite the long day of work. We are very happy with the services provided.
