We have used Archangel for over 5 years and are very pleased. When a component stopped working, they dispatched a technician within 24 hours. The problem was fixed in under 20 minutes, and he handled an upcoming service to avoid an additional call-out charge.
Ruben arrived in time and figured out the issue and ordered the part efficiently. Then Jeff came the next day with the part and installed it in timely manner. Highly recommend them !
They are great to work with. Just had my old alarm system updated by Archangel. They were prompt to come out an give me a quote. Everything was done electronically and I had an estimate in my inbox before the technician left. Fast forward and they were out to install just a quickly. The installer was thorough, walked me through the new system, helped me setup the app, all before he left. Everyone from Jeff, Reuben, and Hector were great to work with. Honest, efficient, trustworthy, and more. Highly recommend Archangel.
Archangel Alarm is fantastic! I have some very particular needs for my home security. The big box companies could not give me what I need. Archangel installed exactly what I need and did it for a reasonable price. Plus, whenever I've had an issue Archangel either resolved it over the phone or sent someone out. Also, a big shout-out for Jeff. He is sooo (purposefully misspelled) helpful. He is professional and patient. I am very happy with this security company and its staff and highly recommend it.
