I called Aquire when I discovered mold on my basement door. John came out and his Verdi t was that the mold wasn't serious - a vast relief. He came back a day or two later and cleaned it up - at no charge. He even advised me on purchasing a dehumidifier and said he would install it for me - again at no charge. I had Aquire come once before this and had a similar great experience.
Jeff was unbelievable! So knowledgeable about most any topic I asked him regarding our home. Jeff had so many helpful tips to ensure our house was running efficient, smooth and safe! I would recommend Jeff and Aquire to ANYONE! He was so patient with me as I had lots of questions and his follow up and follow through was quicker than any service I have ever experienced! Thank you so much Aquire and Jeff! You guys are AWESOME!
Aquire did a great job for us. John showed up an hour and a half after I called him to report a burst pipe and quickly got things moving to remediate the issue. He was very attentive to my needs and followed through on every commitment. Craig did an awesome job as the Project Manager. He was very dedicated to seeing the job through and that I was pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Aquire for home remediation and restoration work. These guys were great.
