Don’t go to the big box store! Come here! Micheal was amazing and made our shopping experience so easy! He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive appliances but answered all our questions and gave us a great deal and we walked out with an amazing set and a great price! Seriously buy local and come here!
We had an amazing sales experience at the Appliances 4 Less St. Cloud location. Michael, the manager, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions and really steered us in the right direction to find exactly what we needed. His knowledge and professionalism made the whole process very easy. We definitely recommend this location and working with Michael!
Michael was amazing! This is our second time working with him. He is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store has a very wide selection of appliances and the prices are unbeatable. They even offer deliver and haul away which is great too. Highly recommend!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service! Yesterday I was helped by Michael, and today by another Michael — both provided outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and above all, they were kind and approachable. I bought a washer yesterday, and even though they were short on time for pickup, Michael reassured me not to worry, that he would wait for us. Later that night, we had a situation and called around 9:30 PM. The other Michael answered and immediately helped us — he even connected us with Rubén, who delivered and installed the washer on a Sunday! That kind of help is truly priceless. We’re incredibly happy with the service and want others to know. It’s rare to find people like them nowadays, and I love supporting local businesses that genuinely care about their customers.
We ran in there yesterday because the order we had anticipated from Home Depot had been rescheduled twice. Not only were they able to help us with a better price, but they were able to do next day delivery. Jorge and crew delivered our washer and dryer this morning and even went above and beyond by hooking it up I’ve already done three loads of laundry. Huge shout out to the amazing staff. I will absolutely purchase my next appliance there. They have amazing products and are very knowledgeable. Thank you thank you and thank you!
