After having a water leak to our washer repaired it was determined had been a slow leak for some time affecting our laundry room and a bedroom on the other side of the wall. All American Water Restoration was recommended to us. From the start with Chris to eval the situation, to Smitty who put the dry out equipment in place (including drywall removal) here every day for a week to check progress and remove equipment once dried. I had an excellent experience with this company! From start to finish, the team was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. Chris, Luis, Alberto, and Isaias went above and beyond to provide outstanding service — they were attentive, efficient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. We were happy with the end results. Your workers Alberto, Juan and Luis worked diligently to clean up all the mold. They took away all the moldy materials and left the yard clean. The worked very professionally.
