Jerry is awesome - timely, professional, efficient and diligent. I contacted him on a Saturday as a referral from our neighborhood FB page and we were able to schedule for 2 days later. He had parts for my most critical repair and then was back a week later for the second repair, once parts were received. His pricing was transparent and no work was done until we assessed if the repair was worth it. I would recommend him and will contact him again if needed!

I called 4 different repair companies and I’m so glad I went with Jerry. Every other company wanted to charge me almost $100 to remove the dryer from my stackable unit. Not only did Jerry not have to remove the dryer, he said if he did have to the cost of doing so would be waived if there was a repair to be made. He communicated faster and more professional than the other 3 companies. He was able to come the very next day (which was today), fixed my washer quickly and charged me less than the other 3 companies quoted me. I was referred to Jerry by two other friends. My dryer wasnt working properly. I reached out and he answered and has awesome communication. He came to assess the issue. Came back 3 days later. Showed up on time. Made it look so simple. Replaced extra parts (optional) since we already had the dryer open. Cleaned it up and it running like new.
