I’ve been waiting for my device for 2 weeks going on 3 weeks. Every time I called it was something different as to why my device wasn’t ready. I got a call on a Thursday saying they were starting the diagnostic, come Friday the diagnostic was never done. A whole week passed by and they tell me things are wrong with my device I never had problems with. Come to find out they were giving me information on someone else’s device. SMH approach with caution and be ready for organized chaos.
