We worked with Nathaniel to clear our lot and grade a driveway on our property. He took a completely wooded and steep hillside and made it accessible for our family to drive down to our future homesite and riverfront access. He was very responsible in communication, fair in pricing, professional and methodical in a work plan. I found him very easy to talk to about our goals and budget expectations. He coordinated with our builder to make sure we had the right grade for the entrance and future first floor. He was very conscientious to save the existing trees for privacy and views. When I could not get to the jobsite, he would send pictures for updates. Every construction job has its challenges, and so did ours, but Nathaniel's experience and calm demeanor got us through it. We would not be enjoying our "almost heaven" property without his great work. Definitely worth the wait to get the job well done. Thank you so much Nathaniel and Laurel!
