What a wonderful bunch of guys. We came in with a flat on a holiday trip. Not exactly a highlight. It was almost closing time and they all stepped up with smiles and wanting to help. They had us on our way in no time. Made the lowlight of our trip into a highlight that we met and were helped by a great bunch of people. 100% recommend.

Went in last week and scheduled an appointment at Apache Tire for Monday, Nov 17th at 9:30am. Should take a solid two hours for a Brake Fluid Flush and an Alignment. No problem. I plan My day around them. I arrive about 30 minutes early and check in. One Hour and forty five minutes after they started working on my car, it comes off the rack and driven over to the alignment rack. I walk over to the counter where I get no type of acknowledgment. So I walk out to my car and ask if they were just now getting to the alignment. If so. I do not have time for it. I need to go. No response or acknowledgment from any of the three employees. I walk back inside and wait for the paperwork to pay for what they did do. Counter person asked the mechanic, Bad parts? (meaning, why no alignment was done). I said I don't have anymore time for this. With all the attitude he could mustard up, asks me, what time was your appointment? I answered, 9:30, It is 11:15, they can do an alignment in 15 minutes? Says nothing as he totals my bill and starts talking to himself about baking a cake? No apology, sorry it took so long, we're swamped, tech is sick, we are short a tech. Nothing. Like it's my fault I watch the tech walking around the shop like he was on cruise during social hour. Never again will any of my vehicle come near them.
