I like the owner and repair man Andy Perez. However, my interactions weren't satisfactory for me. In March 2020, I paid $171 for a new hard drive and file transfers on the laptop. In February 2022, I had to visit Andy because of the problems with his new hard drive. Finally, in October 2023, this hard drive crashed. Andy charged me another $140 to replace his failed hard drive. I don't think that it's reasonable to charge twice for a failed hard drive (my total became around $310).
Andy is wonderful, he fixed our computer in record time at a very good price. He even helped with another problem. We highly recommend him.
I’ve called twice and the first time they said they would message me and tell me if they could send a guy over two days later. He asked me about my computer and what was wrong with it and he said ‘Yeah yeah I know what’s wrong, I know exactly what’s wrong with it.’ And proceeds to tell me that I will get a message. The second time I called I get automatically sent to voice message…
