I called for an estimate and after a slight hiccup in our original scheduled appointment Fred came out and was on time and very knowledgeable . Unfortunately that where my high opinion of this company ended . Fred said I would be emailed the estimate of work I required within a few days and it’s 2 weeks and I still haven’t received estimate . I don’t feel I should have to call the company and see where my estimate is . If they ran into a delay then someone should have called me and told me it would be a little longer in coming . And if estimate was sent then someone should have called me to make sure I received , see if I had any questions and ask if I wanted to schedule the job. This company may do great work as I was told but the administration end of their company is a complete failure . They have no follow up which makes me think customer service isn’t important to them . I couldn’t or wouldn’t recommend them , but I will tell people not to waste their time or effort contacting this company to have work done. I guess customer satisfaction isn’t important to New England Stone .
