Any Leaks did a fantastic job with the Diamond Kote LP siding on our home just outside of Bismarck. The job was done a few years ago and everything is holding up great and still extremely happy with the finished product! The team listened to our questions and concerned and it turned out even better than expected. I used a website to have a visual of what the remodel could look like with different colors and textures and turned that in to Any Leaks for the quote and they took care of all the rest. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and would not hesitate to reach out to them if the need arises in the future!

Signed a contract with AnyLeaks for a roof repair before a house sale. After signing contract, we didn’t hear back from them via call or email. We decided to go with a different company because we needed the repairs done asap due to said house selling. Over 11 months later, they are call us on repeat asking to drop off color samples & set up time to complete repairs. ALMOST A YEAR LATER. My husband calls them today, they catch an attitude immediately and tell him they have a signed contract and will complete the repairs regardless and send us to court. He reminded them, we do not own the house; so they cannot complete repairs. They reply, “i will rip up the contract” and hangs up on my husband. Very unprofessional, I would advise against using this company.

We are extremely happy with Anyleaks. Their workmanship was stellar. They answered all of our questions from beginning to end. There were not any hidden cost surprises. They were also good at cleaning up each day. We could tell that they took pride in their work, and they also worked well together. Their office manager was great to work with and keeps their business functioning smooth. We have been through a lot of remodels, and for the first time in a very long time, we truly felt like someone had our backs.

We have worked with Anyleaks many times since Al and Cody started the business. They have always been great to work with and their crews are friendly and keep their work areas clean. We have had them replace siding, gutters, downspouts, along with door and window wraps following a hail storm. A number of years ago after we found a pretty substantial water leak due to a poor design during construction. They fixed the damage from the leak, added a cricket to ensure correct roof drainage and reroofed our house. We definitely recommend contacting them!
