Very honest man, and amazing service! He did not try to force any thing to us like some other shops promising “repairs”. Small shop and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for shoe and leather repair! 10/10 My shoes fit so much better!
I called several places to see if they can fix my daughter’s prom a day before the prom and no one will help. When I call Ani’s Shoe Repair-Alterations the guy told me to bring it that he will have it ready. Did not turn down my business and he had it ready the next day the dress came out perfect will definitely keep coming back. Thank you so much for saving the day !!!!
Wow on owner-artist’s mad skills! Beautiful, precise job of fixing my wedge-heel back soles that another shoe repairman had done a very sad job on. More-than-reasonable pricing. Ready **on time** as promised! Trustworthy. Reliable. Kind. Thorough. Creative. Hwong (spelling of first name? Sorry!) clearly explained the repair, quoted a price, and I picked up same day. Very kind! I was so impressed that I brought a purse with torn straps to be repaired when I picked up my heels. The owner provided a very creative and solid solution for my torn purse strap issue. Where has he been all my life? I’ve found my go-to craftsman for shoes, purses, whatever he’ll repair for me. Thank you!
3 stars because he was polite. I can’t speak to his services though. Brought a pair of leather clogs in for some touch ups and a shine, but he said he didn’t work on leather and there was nothing he would do for my shoes. I left the store very confused that he would turn away my business for a seemingly simply request. Ended up doing the job myself.
I have been bringing my alterations and shoes here for years. He is always super nice and fast. Plus, he is super affordable. The one-hour martinizing seamstress across the street was going to charge me almost double and take twice as long to complete the same alteration.
