I waited over two years to post a review so I wouldn't state something out of frustration. Despite our discussion that we only desired high quality windows up front, the vinyl double hung windows that we had installed are of very low quality. The double hung windows do not stay closed as intended. We had Anderson remove our old windows and install new ones. We were out of town when the work was performed. They removed the old windows and installed new windows in rotten frames without calling to inform us the situation. From the outside of the building the craftmanship looks good, but the reality is that the double hung windows are of poor quality and do not function as intended. The special order windows from a different manufacturer function well and the windows that are not double hung function as intended. They were all installed in rotten frames though with no call.
