Hi Ken, Although you arrived 30 minutes late to our 8am appointment, we appreciate you coming out on December 11th to measure our windows. Due to the lack of follow-through and communication regarding the quote, which we still never received after reaching out to you numerous times, we’ve decided to move forward with another company. Window replacements require a high level of responsibility and reliability, and based on our experience so far, we don’t feel this is the right fit for our project. Thank you for your time.
