American Heritage Fence

This is the third time we have used American Heritage Fence and we highly recommend them! This project included building privacy screening for our backyard. We initially met with Patrick to go over the project and provide an estimate. He was very personable and clearly understood what we wanted. Tiffany quickly provided our quote (very reasonable price) and was able to put us on the schedule to fit our timeline. Wayne was the project leader. This job was a little tricky because we had recently removed four large trees where the privacy screens were going to be installed. Wayne worked with Patrick and the team to figure out the best way to build and place the privacy screening to get the look we desired. The project turned out better than we could have imagined and we are extremely satisfied. American Heritage Fence is the company to call for all your fencing needs!!

American Heritage worked closely with us to evaluate the fencing material options for our project and prepared estimates accordingly. Tiffany was my main point of contact and was always very polite and responsive to my questions even to the extent of performing a second estimate of our project due to a slight change in the design. Due to a lengthy process to obtain a city permit our original install date had to be moved and that presented no problem for the Tiffany and the team. The install crew arrived early on the install date and finished the install quicker than expected. The install team verified that we were happy with the install and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we are very happy with the way the project turned out and so our our neighbors.

Outstanding experience working with this family business! I cannot say enough good things about the communication of this team! From estimate until the project was complete everything was extremely well communicated, which is such a rarity. We received clear explanations of the product, procedure, and timeline. They came the day before to review the site and ensure no surprises. Ashlee was outstanding for handling any questions and responds quickly. The installation team does great work and it looks wonderful. We're so happy we chose American Heritage for our fence. Highly recommend!
