AMA Appliance Service

Such a great company!!! I was very impressed with the quick response and the turnaround on my fixed washing machine. With five teenagers in our home, I was very worried that we would have to go out to the river with some rocks and washing boards to clean our clothes lol. A-Max assured me and delivered the service they agreed to. I have complete peace of mind that if any appliance goes bad, I can call them and quickly get the item fixed correctly and affordable. Thank you to the A-Max team for helping us out. We highly recommend this company if you have appliance problems!!!

I don't do reviews, but others should know how AMA goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have used AMA (Blake) for many years to service things like our Miele dishwasher, Monogram wine chiller, etc. Though it took a couple of trips to fix our dishwasher one time, Blake would not charge me until the job was complete and did not charge for the additional trip. When my Scotsman ice maker began to malfunction, I spent time and parts troubleshooting myself. When I exhausted my abilities I immediately thought of AMA. Mike Fisher came out to take a look and discuss what the machine was doing and what I had attempted to fix. Considering the next step would be very costly, Mike suggested one additional part to try that was not hard to install. Not only did Mike not charge me for the trip since there was nothing for him to repair, his suggestion proved to be spot on. I now have a 7 year ice machine working again! This is TRUE customer service and their skills and professionalism are second to none! Thank you Blake, Mike and the AMA team!
