I’m selling a home as part of an estate and a window pane needed to be replaced for the buyer’s financing to be approved. The owner, Chris, was able to provide an estimate and replace the window the same day. Other companies were quoting two weeks for total lead time. I appreciate the efficiency of Alta Glass. The window looks great and their customer service was top notch.
I had a single pane window break on our home. It is winter and we have a toddler and I was very stressed at having a freezing home in the middle of winter. After a quick google search I called the store and they were honest, kind, and so professional. They got me on the schedule for the next available time. When the repair man arrived he was SO kind, professional, and funny. He was so quick and even cleaned up inside the house perfectly to make sure no toddler feet were hurt! I am very happy with my living room window replacement. For years I lived with a foggy double pane picture window. Not anymore! The middle section is now so clear! Great service, very friendly, and very good prices. I highly recommend Alta Glass & Window.
