I had a very pleasant experience with the technician. He was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how to operate within the Outlook system. I truly appreciated his cheerful nature, which put me at ease despite my limited experience using a Mac laptop. Overall, I would give him a 10-star rating—keep up the great work!

Allevia never fails to ask the closing question, “How else can I help?”. Today, Hayley followed up to help with a calendar issue. Once resolved, Hayley offered that ever so impactful closing, “how else can I help”, like every Allevia staff person before. The printer had not been printing correctly. Hayley sprang into action and solved our weeks old conundrum!
