Upholstery veterans returned my Naps! I had gotten a free sofa that seemed to good to be true. Unique in that it was a down filled 4 unattached cushions that were in sore need of some TLC! I took them in to Allen's Upholstery. In a period of 2 days they squeezed my cushions in to inspect, recore the cushions and somehow refluff all the chicken feathers! Michelle assessed my cushions as well as listened to my physical disability needs to actually enjoy having such a nice sofa. She provided a free estimate of fair cost. The finishers obviously with top notch skill to restore the life of a fabulous sofa! I am pleased to say I now sit a foot higher and can get off the sofa without my cane! I had my first well supported, comfy sofa nap! Devine work from a caring family owned business! Thank you Allen's Upholstery! 🩷

I am so happy Alan’s Upholstery exists! My husband and I recently purchased a whole set of furniture from Bob Mills Furniture. Almost immediately after our purchase we regretted it as the quality was terrible. Within a few months, the fabric on all of the seat cushions was wrinkled and misshapen, the seat cushions were no longer firm and the back pillows of the sofa, loveseat and chairs weren’t sewn straight resulting in a rabbit ear appearance on the corners of each pillow. Well, to make a long story short, Michelle, Frank and the entire Allen’s team remade everything in just two days, and even picked up and delivered the furniture. I have posted pictures but I wasn’t able to point out which were the before pics but I think you can tell. Just look for the wrinkly chair covers and the rabbit ears on the sofa and loveseat pillows! We are so pleased with Michelle and her crew! By the way, I know I sound like I must know them because this is such a glowing review but I first met Michelle a couple of months ago when I had her make a couple of additional plaid pillows for the set. After A positive experience with that and realizing that much of her upholstery team has been with her for many years, I realized this was the kind of artistry and expertise I needed to repair my poor quality furniture. In addition, they do great work and they’re reasonable too! If you’re thinking about using Allen’s, just do it!!!
