All State Roofing

I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service provided during and after my roof repair. Throughout the project, trash such as nails and water bottles was left scattered around my property. Two people in my household stepped on nails that were left in the front yard, which is especially concerning because I have young children. This created a completely avoidable safety hazard. Additionally, the constant banging caused two vent covers to fall, and several ceiling baseboards cracked during the process. Communication has also been very difficult. When an issue comes up, it is challenging to reach anyone, and even when they say they will come out, multiple reminders are needed before anyone actually shows up. The most concerning part is that the roof has continued to leak since the job was completed. They returned once to “reseal” the area, but the leak is still ongoing after several months. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and ongoing safety concerns make it impossible for me to recommend this company. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve their quality of work and communication moving forward.

After a major wind storm there were so many shingles on the ground. I knew that it was time to submit an insurance claim. I had 4 different companies submit a bid for a roof replacement and also got the estimate of coverage from the insurance company. I selected this company not because they were the lowest bid (they were in the middle) but because Mike the owner spent a lot of time explaininng every step of the process without talking down to a woman. I must say that I have been extremely happy with this company and all of their work crew. They have been very courteous, professional and did not mess around getting the work completed. If you need a roofer for any reason you will not be disappointed with this company.

I had All State Roofing replace both roofs on my rental units a couple years ago. I thought I was happy with the installation UNTIL I put the units on the Market to sell. There have been 3 inspections, all of them say the roof Vents (missing flashings) and were sealed with roofing cement (which should NOT be done), as well the AC Condensor line is not strapped properly. I have contacted All State Roofing for REPAIR, but NO response. They did put in the Scope of Work 'Seal all penetrations with plastic cement' BUT in hindsight, they should have known better and since the roof was off they should have installed proper flashings. I just had my roof done on my own home and Flashings were installed. Now I have a big mess for the vents; need to figure out how to remove the cement, remove the roofing, intall flashings.. what a pain in the *ss. Be leary of what you are getting. PS looking at the photos, the roof job doesn't even look that great :(
