All-Star Restoration & Remodeling

This company evidently did not want my business. I made an appointment for a bathroom remodel estimate. Ensured that the calendar invite was accepted which I had to do verbally as my Yahoo email didn't work with their Google calendar. Regardless, an appointment was made. Received a call about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to inform me the estimator would be late due to an issue with another company vehicle. I was assured the estimator would come but would be late. I asked if they could provide some timeframe as I was paying for the care of my elderly father while I was waiting at the location. I was told perhaps 4. At 5 I called and asked if the estimator was still coming. They offered to reschedule, but do to my father's situation I couldn't easily reschedule. I told them I was available until 9 or 10 and was told he would still come by. I finally left for bed at 11. No further explanation or calls were provided. So, thanks for completely wasting my day. This company needs to seriously learn about customer service and communication. Avoid them.

Called twice to schedule with them they were booked a week or so out. I said that’s fine, can you put me on the books for next available opening? So they did that, and sent me an email confirmation which I agreed to. I took time off work in advance so that I would be here for the estimate only for them to call me 2 hours before the appointment to tell me they can’t come. Didn’t give me a reason why, didn’t even bother to reschedule me. I was just asked if they could call me back when they’re able to. I get that things come up, but that was so last minute, and unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them.

The folks at All-Star are amazing. They remodeled my guest bathroom and did a fantastic job. They gutted the whole thing (even had to unexpectedly replace some subflooring) and remodeled it (including tiling the shower surround) in just 5 days. They were extremely easy to work with, tidy, and also gave me the best quote in town. If I have any further remodel needs All-Star will be my first call! Before and after pictures attached. The tub was set down in the floor (super weird) and they had no trouble leveling the floor back to normal.
