I had a very sudden water leak from my half BR toilet. The water came suddenly, going into other rooms. We shut the water off to the house. Our home warranty assigned all points Plumbing. They close at 5pm, I called them at 4:55. The dispatcher immediately dispatched the plumber, Alex. He arrived, along with Nathan. This was after hours, and they were diligent in trying to solve the problem. Hours later, they stopped the water from overflowing but the actual cause was not yet determined. The guys that came were awesome. I placed a service request with my home warranty because I had a toilet that was not flushing all the way. Turned out there was something stuck in the pipe and preventing the water from going down properly. Not only did they fix my clog but they replaced a valve and got my toilet running smoother than it was before the clog! And they were fast! I would definitely recommend.

I placed a service request through our home warranty company. All Points responded quickly to my request and got the appointment set up. Scotty, the repair tech that came was excellent. Diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the new garbage disposal that was needed in his truck. Very professional and friendly. He put shoe covers on to come in the house and cleaned up completely. I would highly recommend All Points.
