Had our semi-annual inspection/maintenance completed today and everything went well. Marcus Jackson arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. When reviewing the recommended service items, he was clear and thorough, without being too aggressive and pushy. A thin line to balance, but he did well. Hope to get him next time. Thanks, Marcus!

We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling. The service tech was very responsive and came out the site and performed an inspection on the unit. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. It . A second tech, also very polite, knowledgeable and punctual came out to the house on Saturday morning and got the unit up and running. The service manager at the home office took the time on the following Monday morning to discuss with me the findings in the inspection report. He took was very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated getting his candid input regarding the path forward concerning the issues and performance of the this unit.
