We had Tom asphalt our driveway in May 2021. Around a month after the driveway was completed, we started noticing severe damage to the surface from normal use of vehicles. As can be seen in the photos, tires sink into the surface of the asphalt and cause severe damage. We contacted Tom and informed him of this and were told he would come and take care of it. When we tried to inquire when he would be here to repair it we never received an answer and he stopped responding or taking calls. The driveway has a 2 year warranty but Tom has refused to even come out and look at the damage to provide a resolution or explanation. I would not recommend working with Tom as he has no intention of honoring his warranty.

Highly recommend and very professional. Owner Tom, and his team did a high quality job on our driveway and we are thrilled with it! Every question in person, by text, or voicemail was answered within seconds, and they were very informative. We knew exactly what they were going to do, exactly how much it was going to cost, and they did it at least month and a half earlier than the original time they said they could. They made it happen and delivered! We are so impressed! Ten stars for this company!
