I had Steve out to fix our washer. His office staff called aged to get the product number so he could ensure he had the right part. He had it foxed in under an hour, was on time and any mess he made he cleaned up. He even went above and beyond to tighten some unrelated loose parts to head of any problems at the pass. 10/10 would call again!
Steve came a few days after our washer stopped working. He was friendly, answered all the questions I had and let my son and I watch him while he worked. He ordered our replacement part immediately and later found he had one on hand. He call and replaced it same day. Price was fair. Pam in the office was also a delight to talk to. I couldn't ask for a nicer company to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Called Bay Tech after reading the great online reviews and made an appointment to check my washer. Steve came out on time and did a great job on diagnosing the problem and fixing it for me.
