Was recommended to this company from friends in my neighborhood. Was told to ask for Chris for my Subzero refrigerator. The customer service reps were very friendly and service was great. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Problem was fixed within the week and prices were better than expected. Will be using them again!
I am sorry to report the experience we had was not good. The staff and customer service was excellent. The owner of the company came out saying it was the fan on our refrigerator/ freezer, but not why the fan was not in working. He shot us a price of 500.00 so better to buy a new one. We unplugged it and like magic is it thawed out and works perfectly. BUT not until we spent $3,400.00 on a new one. We feel it is the old routine of make the service call of $100 plus and move on. There was not a thorough look by any means, only saying he couldn't hear the fan. Right it was frozen. I should have taken heed to all the bad reviews, but I didn't because the ladies were so kind to me. The owner is a nice man but we needed help. I am sad about this experience. Do what you think is right.
Thank you
Great job at diagnosing the problem and it wasn't the dryer that was the issue initially. Fixed the outlet and the dryer didn't work. Luckily I watched how the tech dissembled the dryer and found that they left a connection unplugged when they reassembled the dryer. It was an obvious connection in front of the binder clips. Not hard to miss
They are contracted with whirlpool warranty. It has taken them 3 service calls and my freezer is still broke. This is a freezer I purchased brand new and have owned less than a year. They are supposedly ordering a new part and then the part isn’t working. I am having to take off work and waiting 4 hour windows and my freezer is still broke. I am so frustrated that over 3 weeks and my freezer is still broken. When I questioned them about why the parts they are ordering do not work I received the answer that’s just how it is. Well that’s not good enough. WHY ARE YOU CONTRACTED WITH WHIRLPOOL AND UNABLE TO FIX MY FREEZER? I am beyond frustrated and tired of having to schedule appointments with them for my freezer to still be broke.
Upgrading stars to reflect the technician’s honesty and integrity. He explained, when the second part finally arrived and he came to install it, that the second breakdown may have been related to the first. (I had to call for repairs twice in a 3 month span of time). He removed the second service call fee for that reason. Much appreciate his work ethic. Scheduling is still a problem…it’s not 1965, most people are away from the home most days and can’t be home for a 4-5 hour window. Need to sharpen service and accommodate a 2-3 hour window at most.
Sadly I suggest you look elsewhere for service. The technician is a nice guy and knows his stuff, but be prepared to wait a long time for repairs and parts. First time it was a two week delay and now this time the 2 day turnaround became‘something happened in shipping’. Might be inept office folk who forget to order things. Not sure but can’t afford to go without a fridge for weeks at a time.
