We bought a washer and dryer set, the 1st day the dryer was very noisy, chuck did come and repair after a few days , the washing machine on the other hand has not worked properly aince we had it, called many times to have him co.e to repair, no answer...messaged...no resonse. Im thinking about taking them back and getting a refund. If he doesnt respond soon. Today is december 21 2024. Chuck came out for a dryer repair. Within 3 weeks the repair needed a repair. I attempted to contact him several times on multiple platforms to honor my 90 day warranty. He has only responded one time. He is extremely avoidant and unprofessional. Save your money, time and energy!

BEWARE of the company! This man came to my mothers house and charged her $175 to fix her refrigerator and it was not fixed. Her and I both tried calling the man several times but he never answered or returned a single call. My mother is a disabled woman who lives on a fixed income and had to use money that was supposed to go to another bill to pay the man. He had no problem going directly to the bank and cashing the check of course. I just want everyone to be aware of this man so hopefully he doesnt take advantage of another person. GREAT communication, punctual, efficient, tidy, respectful, just an all around great experience. Got my dryer running again and cleaned the vent for less than 100.00. I would definitely call him again if need be.
