Alex Upholstery Shop

I took my 2005 BMW 325ci car to Alex for convertible top liner edge repair in May. That was my only reason for my referral to him by El Paso BMW tech. He asked me to come back after his vacation. I went back this week and he agreed to take my car. I asked him while Im there if he can glue my cupholder, phoneholder, and a flap on doors. I bought the parts from Advanced Auto for $138 and gave to him. When I went for car after he said it's done,the top liner flap was still hanging with only parts i had bought inserted. He said there is no place to glue. I told him I would not pay, so he removed the part. He had initially charged $500 so he said I needed to pay him $300. It hit me like a shock. The only his material he used was arm rest in the picture unless glue cost that much. The arm repair/glue was not completed either. I payed him and left him to to God for ripping me off. I'm repairing the top myself will share picture of how it needed to look like. I notice he cut the stretching band loop that repair kit strings supposed to go through and debris in picture.
