Derek and Brycen did a great job helping us unclog our kitchen sink and get to the bottom of why we continue to have this problem. They were super friendly, honest and took the time to show me exactly what was going on- as well as a plan for what next steps to take. They will definitely be our go-to guys from here on out!
I guess this company has merged with Air Comfort Solutions and I would NOT recommend them! I recently had this company come out to replace a toilet fill valve. The technician was at my home for about 15 minutes, and I was charged $240 for the repair. While the issue was fixed, I was very disappointed with the cost relative to the time and simplicity of the job. A fill valve is a relatively inexpensive part, and the total charge felt excessive for such a quick repair. There was no upfront transparency that the price would be this high. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. I believe the pricing was unreasonable for the service provided.
Zachary and Brycen were very friendly and professional. They were able to clean out the clog in my main drain very quickly. They also scoped the line with a camera and located several issues with the line and gave me several pricing options depending on what I wanted repaired. There was no pressure to go with any option. Would definitely use them again.
