I'd have given them a 5 stars based on all the work Nathan has done in the past. He is quick efficient cleans up after himself fairly well ... He came once even on a weekend when NO ONE ELSE WOULD I refuse to give too bad a score even tho the last visit confused me ... Nathan didn't come he had 2 younger helpers ... They had to fix a leaking connection for a washing machine & they did great ... They also installed two replacement faucets... One one the kitchen & one in the bathroom... They did a good job there as well even tho I assumed ( so my fault I guess) that they would clean out the u trap in the bathroom while replacing the faucet ... The big issue I have tho was that we were told they could do NOTHING TO CLEAN OUT THE MAIN DRAIN ... SO ... IF PLUMBERS DONT CLEAN OUT A MAIN DRAIN WHO DOES?
