Brought in a vacuum that needed repair. Right away they were friendly and welcoming. Then after figuring out what part I needed they went above and beyond and literally took apart my vacuum to show me how to do the repair myself at home. This may be the best customer service I have ever experienced in Watertown. These folks are top notch and I would 100% use their services again.
