Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

An AirTron technician repaired our home HVAC, and we noticed later that evening that the heat did not turn back on. We called early the next morning since our home was freezing with our kids, and another technician (Sean) came out the same day, on a Saturday, and quickly got everything fixed and running again. He was very knowledgeable and down-to-earth in everything he explained. I appreciated him taking the time to walk us through the situation and the work he completed. Sean is a true professional and a great representative of the company.

We had a great experience with Aitron when we were having issues with our furnace. From the moment we called, their team was professional, responsive, and very helpful. Our technician, Yancy, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what was going on with our furnace in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Our old furnace died in middle of the night and we knew it needed replaced. Karen came to give us an estimate and she was very pleasant and great to work with. She knew there was a hurry to get us heat and had Joe and Sam here bright and early Saturday morning to install a new furnace. Those two guys were amazing and worked non stop all day to get it installed. The new furnace is great. I would highly recommend Airtron to anyone. Everything from the price to installation to the quality and customer service is amazing.

This is the exhaust vent for my hvac system. Installed with primer and no glue. When my wife found it, we called the emergency number on the unit. I was told that I should call the fire department and shut my system off and someone would maybe contact me on Monday. Today is Saturday, it is winter in ohio. My family's lives have been put in jeopardy by the negligence of the installer and their solution is for me, and my water lines to freeze for the weekend and hope someone maybe comes to fix it Monday. This is way beyond unacceptable

Sean the technician that helped us out was great. Professional, courteous and informative. He was able to diagnose the issue quick and humored all of my questions respectfully. He explained his answers in a way that I could grasp without being condescending. The office crew that set up the appointment were all very helpful as well. They were able to get us help for our furnace that went out when it was winter in the single digits in a matter of hours. So glad we went with this company.
