Airnizer HVAC

Vlad from Airnizer came to service the 2 HVAC units in my apartment. He did a complete cleaning of each unit (WSHP evaporator coil, drain pan, drain line cleaning with special disinfecting nontoxic chemicals) and he had to add refrigerant to one HVAC unit that was not functioning properly. The service was professional, and Vlad was knowledgeable and thorough. He also explained everything to me, including what I should do to maintain my HVAC in good working order. Airnizer is an excellent company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants their HVAC serviced properly by a professional who trouble shoots and provides solutions if you have a problem, but doesn’t recommend services that you don’t need.

Communication was exceptional. I sent an inquiry by email on a weekend. It was not an emergency, but a request for very necessary maintenance on two 18 year old Mitsubishi minisplits, that hadn’t been deep cleaned since they were installed. They got back to me immediately with very clear and detailed descriptions of the range of work and costs. They were very patient and accommodating setting up an appointment for two days later. The techs let us know when they were coming by text and were right on time. They Worked HARD on two filthy indoor units and two moderately dirty outdoor units. They checked them all over, got them clean recharged and working like new. There were no surprises. The office updated me with minor changes to the expected fee. It was not cheap, but a GREAT value. Our health is protected and two good machines can now work at optimal efficiency for years to come. We are thrilled! We highly recommend them.
