Air Tactical HVAC Services

This is my 2nd review for Air Tactical since we ended up deciding on installing a new boiler. George and Nick are absolute pros! The new piping coming out the boiler is awesome! Everything looks so clean and the boiler sounds great, looks great and best of all it’s heating better than ever! I know this winter we will sleep warm and it’s all because of George and Air Tactical for coming through for us when we needed it most. We HIGHLY recommend these guys for anyone looking for a solid HVAC crew that actually cares and wants to do a great job for their customers. Thanks a lot guys, you crushed it!

George installed the heating/cooling system through my multi-family brownstone. He has since come for routine maintenance, but also been super responsive in the midst of a crisis and is all around reliable. When I worked with George on the larger project with other sub/contractors, his attention to detail stood out and it was clear his priority was doing the job right the first time. He was quickly someone on the job site that I felt I could trust had my interests as the homeowner in mind. His work is solid and his prices are fair. George is transparent with his costs and it is clear what you are paying for. And though NYC ain’t cheap I’ve always been confident that George will get it done right. And that peace of mind is priceless. He even recommended a dog shampoo that cleared up my pup’s sensitive skin - is there anything he can’t do?

We’ve worked with George off and on over the past three years and he has consistently been reliable, hard working and knowledgeable. He does quality work and is thoughtful about how he approaches different situations and problems. He recently went above and beyond, taking the time to secure one of the last of a discontinued HVAC unit that we needed as a replacement. This saved us thousands of dollars and undoubtedly took him a significant amount of time and effort. I’m confident in his work and wholeheartedly recommend him.
