Of all the contract services I have dealt with in 20 years as a homeowner, they are the best. Always easy and pleasant. They just fixed a question on bill by forgiving the bill in full. Highly recommended!

Dealer does not stand behind their products. They only refer to manufacturer for support. Might as well go to lowes. Bought a chainsaw in Sept 2021. Sent a chainsaw back for service in Oct 2021. As of July 2022 it's still in their queue to fix. They got parts several months back and each time I call they claim that they don't have any technicians. If you buy equipment from them, don't expect them to be able to provide any support. You are on your own.
