Keefe's Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Generator & Plumbing

My experience with Rickey Nguyen from Keefe’s Air Conditioning was pleasant and fantastic! Rickey arrived to perform the 6 month maintenance on my AC unit. Rickey was prompt and professional, but at the same time pleasant to interact with. He took his time, was completely thorough and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done to increase the efficiency of my unit. Rickey was knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions of concern. Completely pleased with the great service he provided. Thanks Rickey, kudos to you!

The process of buying a whole new A/C system is daunting, but our 21 year-old A/C had been on its last legs for a few years. We spoke with the salesman, Terry, about which system and package to choose, and he gave us good insight on all the features. The price was great, considering it was such a big purchase. The company also had a good financing option, so we chose that. The very next day there was an installation crew of two guys who worked non-stop from 9 in the morning until 9 at night! They were very polite and even adjusted things when we sensed the back of the hose needed more air flow. Hopefully this air conditioning and heating system lasts us another 20 years - but the package we chose had a 10 year full parts and not-a-dime warranty, so even if it is a dud, we can get it repaired without sinking more money into it. All in all, this was a great experience with Keefe’s.

Keefe's offered to do a free system check which i agreed to cause my new hvac unit seems to have a difference between heating / cooling upstairs and downstairs. Conveniently my ac was working before and when the tech came but didnt after he left. Keefe's wants me to spend $1k to fix it and add a surge protector. Called to speak to management and cant get ahold of anyone... conveniently. UPDATE: 5 DAYS LATER I still cannot get ahold of Keefe's management team for sabotaging my new system.

We live in Covington, LA. Suddenly Thurs. afternoon, 1/29, our power flickered and then stayed on dimmed, not a normal thing. We called Cleco Electric and they came out in less than an hour, inspected it and reported we needed to have our service rebuilt by a licensed electrician, have it inspected and they could then rehook it up..but this weekend was going to be our coldest this winter and we are both in our 70's, so very concerned about how quickly we could get this dobe. My husband called Keefe's, who had put in some of our AC units last year, and relayed our situation. The intake person was very kind and understanding, and said they would call us in a little while as they were in a meeting, but may not be able to come until the morning. They called and were able to send J. that day to survey the situation and order what was needed for the rebuild, all locally available, thank goodness, and advised us on setting up our portable generator which we have because of hurricanes! Another employee, also J., came out early the next morning, with a truck fully equipped for all that he needed to do, and he worked for hours to complete the work. He also helped coordinate with an inspector, and then Cleco promptly came to do the final hookup and by late Friday afternoon we were back with full power. We are so grateful and appreciative, they were very professional but also caring and considerate and we can highly recommend them without reservation! Cudos also to the inspector and also the Cleco personnel, who were also very professional and considerate.
