Affordable Overhead Doors and More

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. We called Affordable Overhead Doors on Monday morning, Terry and his associate were here before 10am putting a temporary clamp on. Later that day, they returned with the parts needed for a more permanent repair. Excellent and affordable service! We highly recommend them to anyone in the Hot Springs area. We will be calling them for all of our garage door needs going forward.

This Friday morning without warning, my garage door only opened a foot off the floor. There was, above the door, a broken spring that no longer helped the door open. To make matters worse, my car was trapped inside effectively stranding me. I frantically searched Google for a local Hot Springs repair business and found the highest rated one and called the number. Miranda answered my call and took my information very expertly and professionally. She sent Eric to my location to see what he could do. He left for an hour and returned with the correct replacement part. In no time, all by himself, he repaired my door with the efficiency and speed of one who has done this repair a thousand times!!! I called not knowing what was wrong with my garage door and Eric said he would come down to service it for me. Communication was great and scheduling the repair went smoothly.
