I'm in the middle of my water remediation journey and everyone I've talked to/met so far has been really lovely (shout out to Mustafa, Jonathan, Johan, and Jonathan's brother whose name I missed and now feel really bad about not remembering because he was lovely... It started with M). They were prompt and kind and efficient and they're working directly with my insurance company which is one less headache for me. They're out of the New Haven office and deserve raises and crisp high fives. :)

Had more water damage due to the fact that they didn't cap the vanity drain and then blamed me for not informing them that there was a bathroom on the other side of the wall (they never asked). Resulting in additional damage to my hardwood floors! Now they asked for a review...they got one!
