the team was very professional and respectful throughout the entire chimney sweep service. during the installation, they made sure to protect the floors by laying down a tarp all the way from the front door to the fireplace, keeping everything clean. brent and christopher took the time to answer all my questions and explained each step of the process. this was the only company that actually visited my home to check everything before giving me an estimate, which made me feel confident in their work. i'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend them for any chimney or fireplace needs.
